Our concept
You will find a menu that varies according to the availability of the ingredients: oysters, sashimi, lobster, tellin, clams, crab, razor clams for the starters. For the main courses we propose original combinations such as: sea bream, fennel & mango with viet sauce, pork, lacquered octopus & braised chicory or crab, pepper and pak choï.
